The coordination deduction that determines the insured salary amount for the pension fund is based on your workload, so that you have a larger pension available when you retire. When an employee chooses to retire, we always look into whether it would be an option for them to stay on board on a part-time basis and whether this would be of interest to them.
Lots of our employees choose to work from home, and we support this by providing them with equipment such as laptops and monitors and giving them an annual allowance to contribute to costs.
If you work for us, you have private insurance against accidents worldwide and will be able to obtain discounted insurance offers. If you would like, we can also provide you with professional and confidential support if things are not going well in your private or professional life.

You can expect a modern workplace with good public transport links. We use desk sharing at our offices, so everyone is free to choose where in the office they want to work on that particular day. Our offices are also paperless on a day-to-day basis.
