BENEFITS

We offer you 25 holiday days and a 40-hour working week. We pay an extra month’s salary, and we offer flexible working hours and the ability to work from home wherever possible. We are open to job sharing/splitting where possible. Our employees really appreciate our family-friendly approach.
Talent has no gender. We fulfil the Logib self-test tool’s equal pay requirements.
The coordination deduction that determines the insured salary amount for the pension fund is based on your workload, so that you have a larger pension available when you retire. When an employee chooses to retire, we always look into whether it would be an option for them to stay on board on a part-time basis and whether this would be of interest to them.
Lots of our employees choose to work from home, and we support this by providing them with equipment such as laptops and monitors and giving them an annual allowance to contribute to costs.
If you work for us, you have private insurance against accidents worldwide and will be able to obtain discounted insurance offers. If you would like, we can also provide you with professional and confidential support if things are not going well in your private or professional life.
Success requires lifelong learning. We support further training and courses with a specific budget per department so that you can keep your knowledge up to date. Every year, we offer two HMS interns the opportunity to experience the real-life working world.
