Supplementary General Terms and Conditions for International Print Media

Basic legal provisions

In general, the contents of international media monitoring are intended for internal use only. As far as possible, we undertake licence management and the on-site processing thereof in collaboration with our international partners. However, some licensing agencies insist on direct contact or insist that a contact is concluded with the end customer. The details of the countries concerned are listed below. For further information on any licence costs, please refer to the websites of the relevant licensing agency.

Detailed legal provision

Germany

For deliveries from Germany, up to 3 users are licensed. For four to ten users, end customers outside Germany must accept the declaration of intent from the German licensing agency, PMG Presse-Monitor GmbH & Co. KG, as well as the associated conditions, by using this form. This must be completed before the order start date. If there are more than ten users, end customers are required to contact PMG Presse-Monitor GmbH & Co. KG directly. In this scenario, licence fees are settled directly between PMG and the end customer.

Exception: Customers based in the UK do not require an end user licence agreement, but rather a direct licence agreement with the NLA and an additional direct agreement with the CLA (www.cla.co.uk). Customers based in the Republic of Ireland do not require an end user licence agreement, but rather a direct licence agreement with the NLI (newspaperlicensing.ie).
